My car hasn’t run in years. Can I still donate or scrap it?
No Problem. We can pick up your vehicle regardless of the condition. We can remove vehicles with or without wheels, running or not running. But your location will determine how much you get paid for it or how much proceeds will go to the charity of your choice.
What type of vehicle can you take?
We accept most vehicles including but not limited to cars, trucks, vans, trailers and airplanes.
How do I donate my old vehicle?

Our representatives will ask you various questions about your vehicle such as; year, make, model, color, condition, etc.
You will mutually agree upon a time to have your vehicle picked up or driven to your local network member. You will be required to transfer the vehicle registration by signing it over to your local network member in return for a receipt of pick-up for your vehicle.
What types of documentation do i need?
You can provide us any type of proof of ownership; for example-signed registration, bill of sale, proof of purchase, insurance papers etc. You would need to sign our authorization FORM stating that you are the owner and you are authorizing us to remove the vehicle from your location. You can obtain a vehicle information report (VIR) from any Alberta Registries Office.
What if I don’t have insurance?
No problem. Recycler Cars Inc. will assume responsibility while the vehicle is in our care and control.
How will my vehicle be picked up?
Depending on what part of Alberta you are at, we may arrange to have your vehicle towed or picked up or you can drop off the vehicle at one of our locations. LOCATIONS
When will you pick-up my car?
We will phone you within 24 hrs to arrange to have your vehicle picked up, following completion of our paperwork. Once we receive your request, someone from our company will contact you to set up a convenient time to pick up.
Do i need to be present when you pick up?
No. If you have provided us authorization form with your signature and proof of ownership then you may not need to be present at the time of pick up as long as we can get access to the vehicle and you do not have dangerous dogs in the yard.
We have more than 10 vehicles that we like to dispose off. What can you do?
There is no limit for minimum or maximum number of vehicles we can handle. You simply need to decide whether you would like to donate them or earn some extra cash by selling them to us. Or you can earn some money and donate part of it directly to the charity of your choice. We will simply pay you the agreed price.

Can I donate my car to another charitable group?
Yes. If there is a registered charity that you would like to send the funds from the donation of your car please email us the information and we will be happy to contact them.
Is Recycle Cars Inc. a Non-Profitable Organization?
No. Recycle Cars Inc. is not a non-profitable organization. We facilitate you to donate your vehicle to non-profitable charities that are registered with Govt. Of Canada.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. You will receive a tax deductible receipt from the charity that you have chosen. It is your responsibility to confirm if the charity of your choice is registered with CRA or not in order to use the receipt in your tax return in Canada.
When will I receive my tax receipt?
You should expect to receive your tax receipt in the mail within 4-6 weeks after we receive your vehicle.
